Our program provides tournament softball opportunities for youth girls from the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.
There are five levels of tournament softball player participation, each managed by an experienced head coach:
- 10u Level
- 11u Level
- 12u Level
- 14 u Level
- 16u Level
- 18U Gold and Elite
Tryouts
The Phantoms Fast Pitch Tournament Organization will be holding private tryouts for the 2018-2019 Tournament Season. Please fill out our registration form prior to attending tryouts.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled evaluations. Some Roster openings will be offered at day of tryouts.
In the event of inclement weather please check out our website the day of tryouts for any scheduling changes.
Summer Try-out Location
Cementon Park, 5185 DEWEY ST, Whitehall, PA 18052-2141 ( RT 145 to Fornacari Drive and right on Dewey)
Please do not park at the pool parking lot. Look for designated parking signs.

We are always looking for youth female softball players and Coaches at all age levels!

We are currently looking to fill our 16U Coaching position.
Practices
In season practices will be at Cementon, Whitehall, Laurys Station and North Whitehall Fields.
Indoor Facility:
The Phantoms are the exclusive Fastpitch Organization at the Lehigh Valley Baseball Academy. The Phantoms teams will hold all their winter workouts at the LVBA. This partnership will also allow our players use of the facility for the entire year.
Costs
Each Phantom Player will need to make a payment of $1000 to $2000 to play.
deposit is due at the acceptance of a roster spot. There may be additional costs for extra tournaments, training and practices.
Team fees must be paid in full no later than April 1st, 2019.
What do you get for your fee?
- Each player will receive (2) practice t-shirts and (2) game uniforms
- Winter season indoor practices, including hitting instruction and fitness
- Phantoms will play at least 10 Tournaments (may vary at each age group)
- Highly skilled training from experienced coaching staff and instructors
- Outdoor practices during the Spring and Summer seasons
- Team building events for players and parents
